Nestled high in Kenya's Nyeri region, near the town of Gichichi, the Gichichi Factory processes coffee from 477 local farmers. Situated at nearly 1800 meters, this washing station handles prized SL-28 and SL-34 varietals, employing precise disc depulping, fermentation, and sun-drying on raised beds.

This coffee has tea-like aromas, raw sugar sweetness, and bright, tangy lemon notes, evolving into a finish of clove, ginger, and subtle green tea with a hint of green grape.
