If you encounter any issues with damaged or defective goods, we offer a hassle-free refund process.
No Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our coffee beans, we do not accept returns. Once the coffee beans have left our facility, we cannot guarantee their freshness and quality if returned. Therefore, all sales are final.

You may contact us to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order.
Refund Policy for Damaged or Defective Goods
We understand that sometimes things can go wrong during shipping, or a product may not meet our high standards. If you receive damaged or defective goods, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Refund:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- A proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) must be provided.
