Finca Perros Bravos, translating to "Fierce Dogs," is a pioneering coffee farm in Antioquia, Colombia, managed by Juan David Cardona and his family. Transitioning from astrophysics to coffee farming, Juan David applies his science background to create wonderful coffee. Through innovative fermentation and drying techniques, the farm produced this vibrant and bold offering. This particular lot showcases a heavy body and mild acidity, with flavor notes of grape, mango, dark chocolate, caramel, and strawberry. Beyond cultivation, Juan David mentors young farmers through JovCoffee, fostering a new generation of passionate coffee growers.

This coffee is a really excellent daily cup, as the flavors are both fruity, chocolatey, and very balanced.
