This geisha, grown at Finca La Villa and part of the Cadefihuila cooperative, undergoes an extended anaerobic fermentation before being washed. The result is a really remarkable cup of coffee with bright notes of key lime, tropical fruit, delicate florals, and kyoho grapes. The flavor combined with a velvety mouthfeel has nostalgic notes Fruit Loops. This is one of those coffees that is truly remarkable and one that we're so excited to be able to share with you.
Cadefihuila is a farmer-owned cooperative in Huila, Colombia, dedicated to producing high-quality coffee while supporting nearly 4,000 smallholder members.
