About: Cultivated by smallholder farmers in the Hambela village of the Guji region, this heirloom Wush Wush variety undergoes an extended 120-hour fermentation before natural processing, enhancing its inherent fruity characteristics. In the cup, we get prominent notes of ripe blackberries, complemented by a sangria undertone, and a subtle hint of chocolate. This coffee offers a silky, smooth body with a clean finish in pour over, but is really intensified with espresso in the best way possible.
