About: This exceptional washed coffee hails from the Banko Gotiti washing station in the Gedeb region of Ethiopia, an area renowned for its high-altitude coffee farms and distinct flavor profiles. The coffee cherries are collected from about 650 small farms and carefully processed at Banko Gotiti, where they undergo a meticulous washed process: hand-sorted for ripeness, depulped, fermented overnight, and dried on raised beds for 12-15 days.
We love how unique this coffee is. The balance of the caramel sweetness with the tropical fruit and hints of fresh herbs makes for a really pleasant cup in every brew method we've tried.
