About: We are really thrilled to be able to have this unique and special coffee. It is grown on a small family farm in the mountains of Colombia, at an altitude of 2000 meters. The beans are picked at prime ripeness then undergo a meticulous 96-hour anaerobic fermentation in sealed tanks, followed by a honey process that leaves some mucilage intact during drying. This method results in a coffee that is sweet, delicate, and full of flavor. The coffee has notes of white grape, guava, strawberry, green tea, and delicate florals. It is a truly special coffee that will easily be a favorite, especially as pour over.
